The campsite
We are Coen and Nienke la Croix. We have been the owners of the Braunlage campsite since November 2022. The campsite is very nicely laid out, with several terraces. We have place for caravans, mobile homes and tents. We also have a tentmeadow especially for tents, we rent out two tree tents and three safaritents. Our campsite is open all year round.

Facilities
Our modern sanitary facility offers you spacious showers, toilets, family showers and a baby bath. The use of the sanitary facilities is free.
There is a cooking facility with a microwave,
a dishwashing area and a washer and dryer.

Fresh water points and waste water drainage points for mobile homes are located directly at the sanitary building. There is also a chemical toilet.
​
There are 16 A sockets at the pitches on our campsite.
​
We have free wifi.
​
For cyclists, we have a bike rinse area.
Bread service
A relaxing holiday at Camping Braunlage begins with a delicious breakfast. Every day you can order your bread rolls in advance at the reception. These are freshly prepared for you by our baker.
We ensure that your rolls are delivered to your pitch in the morning. This is the perfect start for a completely relaxed day, so you can start the day with peace.
Restaurant
Spend an evening with us with German cuisine and all its facets. Welcome to our Waldgaststätte am Campingplatz Braunlage. We look forward to serving you our delicious dishes and to making your stay unforgettable. Our cozy outdoor area offers absolute relaxation on warm days.

We have about 30 seats and 30 terrace seats and are also well-equipped for small groups.

Groups
Camping with a group? Why not?
Are you looking for a campsite in Germany where you are welcome with your club, your company or the whole family? A place where you can do more than relax and hike? Then we will be happy to help you!
The campsites tent meadow is specially designed for groups with their own tents. If you come to us with a group, we will be happy to make you an individual price proposal. Ask us about the possibilities!

Attention: our campsite is not the right place for groups planning noisy and/or festive activities due to its family character.
​
For active groups we also offer a great MTB-weekend!

Pets
Camping holiday with the dog? Dogs are very welcome on our campsite! Here they can be completely in their element: go for a walk, play and then look for refreshment in the lake. In addition, we also have a dog shower, where you can wash your dog after walking. That's why many dog lovers spend their holidays with us.

Of course, we assume that your dog knows how to behave on our campsite. So that all guests and dogs can enjoy their vacation.

Charging station
Do you want to go on vacation with your electric car? This is possible at Camping Braunlage. We have a charging station with 2 ports so you can properly charge your electric car and enjoy a relaxing holiday.

WIFI
We understand that you may occasionally want to use the internet during your stay at our campsite, for exampel to Post vacation photos on your social media, stay in touch with family/friends or plan your next day trip. That's why we've made sure that there is a free Wi-Fi network available between all the trees on our campsite.
However, please note that the WiFi at the campsite is for general use and does not have the same performance as at home.
